Volunteer Opportunity: Social Media & Admin Assistant

Are you passionate about colour, creativity, and community engagement? Do you want to gain valuable experience in social media, website management, and event support? Colour Collective UK, a not-for-profit association dedicated to disseminating colour education and information, is looking for a motivated volunteer to assist with our digital presence and administrative tasks.
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and creative undergraduate student to support our work in promoting multidisciplinary events and workshops open to the public. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, expand your network, and contribute to an organisation that values creativity and education.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and updating our social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Assisting with website maintenance and content updates
Supporting event promotion and outreach activities
Helping with basic administrative tasks such as email correspondence and data organisation
Engaging with our online community to increase visibility and engagement

Who We’re Looking For
A creative and organised undergraduate or postgraduate student with an interest in colour, design, or communication
Someone who is social media savvy and comfortable using platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
A proactive individual with good written communication skills
Someone willing to learn and take initiative in a supportive environment
Time Commitment:
Flexible hours, approximately 4-6 hours per month. Work can be done remotely with occasional in-person meetings for events.
